Average confidence on clear photos: 96%. Scanō uses Claude AI vision tuned for medication identification. Always verify important results with a pharmacist.
Is my data private?
Scan images are processed in real time and never stored. Your email is used only to send your account info and launch notifications. We never sell user data. See Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Scanō > Cancel. Android: Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Scanō > Cancel.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Refunds are issued through their stores per their policies. Contact us if there is an issue we should know about.
The scan returned the wrong medication.
Retake the photo with brighter, even lighting and the pill imprint visible. If still wrong, tap "Report scan" inside the app to help improve the model. Never act on a low-confidence result without confirming with a pharmacist.
Does Scanō replace a doctor or pharmacist?
No. Scanō is an informational reference tool only. Always consult a licensed pharmacist or physician before any medication decision.
